- All services run across 7-days. Depending on marketing services chosen, the overall campaign may run multiple weeks. All packaged marketing campaigns run at least two weeks with Blast Off running five weeks.
- Choose as many marketing services as you would like and we'll schedule each service to make sure they don't conflict against regulations.
- Copywriting is produced compliantly from and with the Issuer using publicly available company materials and distributing company materials and content such as -- in Reg CF case: 1) Form C, and 2) offering page; in Reg A+ case: 1) solicitation materials, 2) Form 1-A, 3) offering page; in Reg D case: 1) final offering materials, 2) Form D, 3) offering page; depending on Test the Waters or Live campaign. Special attention is paid to compliance, proper language, statements, tone. All solicitations of investors to buy securities are being made by, and all copywriting and information content in advertising material publicizing an offering through CrowdTide.com promotion / marketing services relating to each respective Issuer and their securities is the responsibility of, such respective Issuer.
- Reg CF: The standard deal card for your offering on CrowdTide.com may be updated with a new format & content known as a “Terms Tombstone Notice” (this occurs when terms advertising are running concurrently on CrowdTide.com for your offering.) The individual deal page for your offering and any conflicting content pages are removed from CrowdTide.com to be sure to not mix terms and non-terms communications for your offering. The standard deal card (non-terms) or updated “Terms Tombstone Notice” (terms) is updated to be linked to your offering page instead of to the removed CrowdTide individual deal page. This does not apply to Reg A+ or Reg D 506(c) offerings. For more information, read “Statement on Reg CF Terms and Non-Terms Paid Compensation-Related Content and Communications” in our Terms of Use.
- Reg CF, Reg A+, Reg D 506(c): In order to stay compliant with regulations, in all communications it is stated: "Company X is conducting an offering at X Platform [hyperlink]." or a form thereof such as, for instance: “X Company is offering up to X Amount under Section 4(a)(6)/Reg CF Equity at X each.” for a Reg CF Terms Tombstone Communication. In all communications, call to action traffic is directed through a link to your offering page at the platform where your offering is hosted. For more information, read our statements on each respective Reg type: 1) “Statement on Reg CF Terms and Non-Terms Paid Compensation-Related Content and Communications”, or 2) “Statement on Reg A+ Paid Compensation-Related Content and Communications”, or 3) “Statement on Reg D 506(c) Paid Compensation-Related Content and Communications” in our Terms of Use.
- Reg CF: Do not link to, like, favorite, endorse any of CrowdTide's communications or your company could be indirectly mixing terms and non-terms communications.
- Reg A+: Post-Qualification (live) solicitation materials for Reg A+ must include a live hyperlink to the respective Offering Circular. Pre-qualification solicitation (Test the Waters) materials for Reg A+ must include the required legend. Note that TikTok Pins are not available for Reg A+ marketing in Made to Order or Packaged Marketing Services. The usual number of Pins allocated to TikTok in Reg A+ marketing packages will be reallocated to Telegram, Twitter, and YouTube.

- Reg D 506(c): Test the Waters marketing under Reg D 506(c) is 15 days before the Form D is filed by the Issuer. The 15-day period where Test the Waters for a Reg D 506(c) officially begins is when the first investor check for accredited status occurs. The Form D must be filed by the Issuer within 15-days after this first investor check for the offering to be compliant.
